Administrative Requirements:
• Experience working in an office environment
• Experience Answering the telephone, responding to initial queries, taking messages
• Professional at all times with an excellent phone manner
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi task and prioritise workload
• Strong attention to detail and desire to get things right
• Organised and able to work on own initiative to make improvements
• Good all round IT skills and excellent use of MS Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel
• An enthusiastic attitude and desire to do what is required to support the business

Administrative Responsibilities:
• Answering the office buzzer, welcoming guests or new staff members
• Management of meeting rooms and guest provisions (tea, coffee, lunch)
• Organising, and sending out mail
• Processing courier collections and delivery notes
• Producing management information for Senior Management and Directors
• Producing professional documents, notices, and rotas to support Health and Safety and ISO 90001
• Organising travel, hotel and events for the company Director(s)
• Organising and maintaining office electronic and manual filing systems
• Training will be provided in Business Micros and Sage computer systems if required

Administrator (permanent)


Project Assistant (Permanent/Freelance)

We are looking for a responsible Project Assistant/Coordinator for an immediate start.

Responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. This role will work closely with the team of designers, production managers and workshop manager to aid the transition from concept through to build. Your experience and ability to multi-task with a high level of organisation and attention to detail will enable you to cover the full scope of work required.


Metal Fabricators

We are looking for Metalwork Fabricators who possess a meticulous eye for detail. You must have proven experience in both temporary and permanent environments.

Fabrications could range from perforated plate stainless steel display stands, support frameworks for joinery structure, structural steelwork for events or even residential stainless steel staircase balustrading.

We are looking for problem solvers who understand the requirements of a busy workshop and who are able to read and interpret technical construction drawings.


We are currently looking for exceptional Freelance Carpenters who possess an extensive understanding of joinery. Applicants must be flexible for working weekends and evenings if and when required, this may also include work across the UK and overseas.
